Dry Ice Icecream

Dry Ice is available for cheap at Publix, so I bought a block and made icecream at home. It's quite tasty, if not slightly acidic thanks to the carbonation. When used on icecreams that benefit from brightness like fruit creams and sorbets, this is a wonderfully visual way to make ice cream.
